A high-end development with 20 villas, one-level basement carpark and a clubhouse with swimming facilities, the 1 Plantation Road project is situated at Hong Kong’s exclusive The Peak district.

Complementing luxuriant design elements, architects chose custom waffle straight and curved grates in a variety of colours after consultations with the CFLink team. Various load classes were chosen according to the functionality required throughout the development.

Working with the knowledgeable and creative CFLink team also provided the architects with greater flexibility to specify distinctly beautiful and high-performance channel covers that brought their vision to life.
